I am not a huge tv or movie watcher, but I do have some favorite shows that I like to watch and thought I would recommend them to you guys if you are looking for a new show to binge. Personally for me, I have to watch something that is either funny, crime related, or both. I love to laugh and I love the feeling of the anticipation from a mystery that hasn’t quite been solved yet. So here are my five favorite shows.
#1: Friends - this is just a classic show. If you love stupid but realistic comedy, “friends” has your back. It is guaranteed to make you laugh. And the fact that there is pretty much an episode for any stage in life, it’s just bound to be perfect for you to watch. If you have ever seen friends and didn’t enjoy it, then I’m sorry you don’t have a good sense of humor. Just kidding, haha!
#2: Castle - this is the combination of crime and comedy. It has some hilarious moments in it and yet can still keep you on the edge of your seat wondering what is about to happen. The character Richard Castle, normally just goes by Castle, is just bound to make you laugh at some point during the show since he is a writer, not a cop, and yet still goes on the crime scenes and somehow gets himself into trouble. You just need to go watch it for yourself.
#3: Lethal Weapon - I know this is the name of a movie that was made in the 80s, but it is also a show that is bound to give you a laugh or two. It’s also a crime show (can you tell I like crime shows?) that doesn’t really give you that butterfly feel of anticipation, but will every now and then give you the satisfaction of, “yep, saw that coming. I should become a cop.”
#4: White Collar - first off, the main character is attractive; I’m not even going to lie, haha! But this show will keep you dialed in and focused on what’s happening. I cried when I finished the show. I was so upset and frustrated. I might actually have to go back and rewatch it because it was so good. And it will also make you laugh, so that is a perk.
#5: 911 - okay, so this show isn’t that intense or anything, but I enjoy watching it because it gives you just a little glimpse of what cops, firemen, ems, and 911 operators go through with their job. Of course it’s a tv show and it’s not that realistic, but some of the things these people have to see, hear and endure is tough. And this show can show you that.
So these are my five favorite shows and now maybe you can go watch them and see what you think about them if you haven’t seen them already. I recommend all of them and I hope you enjoy them as much as I do if you give them a shot. Love you guys!
