Hey y’all! Let us be the first to say WELCOME TO OUR BLOG!!! We are so excited that you are here. We are both so giddy it’s not even funny. We are like two little girls walking into Cinderella’s castle about to get all dressed up ready to meet our prince charming. We can’t believe today is the day that our blog is going live for all to see. This random dream of ours is now reality and we are so happy you are joining us on this crazy ride.
You all are probably wondering how we got the idea to start a blog and honestly, I don’t think either of us know where the idea came from. The idea came one night during hurricane Florence and we met that Sunday afternoon and randomly drove to Tarboro to take some pictures and then to Greenville to start the website. We had no idea what we were doing and we didn’t really know what we were getting ourselves into. And quite frankly, we know what we got ourselves into now, but we still don’t really know what we are doing, lol!

We had no idea how much detail would have to be put into this thing. Both of us are kinda perfectionists, so we wanted this blog to be the best it could be; even from the beginning. We will go ahead and warn you, which I think we have done a couple times already, but please know that neither of us are professional writers and we aren’t going to have everything correct. But please bare with us and stick around. This is going to be a rocky start, but we are praying that the Lord will take this blog and use it for His glory and He will help us out along the way. We are trusting in Him to give us the strength and the patience to continue strong with this blog.
Both of us have two part time jobs, both of us are active in our churches and just all around have very busy schedules. The plan for now is that we will post on the blog two days a week and post on social media two times but no more than four times a week. But the Lord has placed this on our hearts for a reason and we are ready for this new journey. Like I said, it’s going to be a bumpy start, but just fasten your seatbelts, sit back and relax, and get ready for the ride. The destination is going to be worth it!
